Q: How do I know it’s the credit union? Is it secure?

A: We will always message you from 43783. While it is secure, we do not intend for this service to be used for sending sensitive information such as your personal identifying information. 

Q: What kinds of texts will I be receiving?

A: At this time, we will just be sending payment reminders, overdraft notifications, and other important account messages. 

Q: Can I opt-out now - before I get an initial text?

A: Yes, just give us a call and we will add you to the opt-out list. 

Q: What if I opt-out, but decide later that I want text reminders?

A: You can opt back in anytime. We will provide an online request form you may complete to re-enroll.
