Q. How do I reset my password?
You can request a password reset directly from the login screen if you have set up your phone number and user name. We can also provide you with a temporary password by text, over the phone, or email.
Q. How often does my password expire?
It does not. For security purposes, we suggest you update your password frequently, however, there is no time requirement set.
