If your are the primary account holder on the account and would like to provide shared account access to the joint owner, authorized signer, bookkeeper, etc. You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Login into your online banking
  2. At the top of the home screen click additional services
  3. Select share access with others
  4. Account access screen will pop up and the member will input the name of whom they want to share access with


Permissions for those with shared access


View Only

  • View balances and view and print check images
  • View, print, and export history

Make Internal Transfers

  • Must have access to at least 2 accounts
  • Can transfer both "to" and "from" the account

Once a sub-user is added two emails are sent:

  • One to the sub-user with instructions on how to login
  • One to the account holder confirming the addition of sub-user

The sub-user will be prompted for an OTP (verification code), the terms and conditions, and to change their password before being able to access online banking. 


After the sub-user has changed their password they will receive a confirmation email of the change.


Note: If you no longer want to share access with that party, you will need to click additional services and select options next to the name of the party that you wish to remove.
