You will need to log into your online banking account and select PopMoney. From there you will follow these steps:

  1. Click on Activity
  2. Click on Scheduled Payments
  3. Click on the arrow to the left of the transaction
  4. Click on the Cancel Payment button at the bottom 
  5. In the new window titled Cancel Recurring Payment Plan, click the radio button called Cancel the entire recurring payment plan
  6. Click the Cancel Payment(s) button at the bottom right of the page
