Popmoney only pulls your email address from Online Banking at the time of registration. Afterward, the member will have to manually update their address within Popmoney.
To Change:
- Select preferences
- Add an email
- Enter the email
- Select add email
After adding the email the member must validate it to set it as the primary email address.
